These Terms of Use (“Terms”) outline the conditions under which you (“user,” “you,” or “your”) may access and use the Premium Stock Music website, services, and downloadable assets (collectively, the “Site”), operated by Premium Stock Music (“we,” “our,” “us,” or “Company”).

By using our Site, creating an account, or subscribing to a membership, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

Your use of Premium Stock Music content is also governed by our License Agreement, which works together with these Terms to form the full agreement between you and us.

1. Accounts and Access

To access paid features, you must create an account with accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login details. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

Team or shared access is only allowed through authorized multi-user plans. Each individual who downloads or uses music must have a valid membership unless otherwise covered by a shared plan.

2. Privacy and Data Use

We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We may use certain AI tools or automated systems to help improve our platform, enhance search results, or suggest relevant content to you. These tools are used solely to provide and improve our services — never to create, clone, or store user data beyond what’s necessary for functionality.

3. Payments, Renewals, and Cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your membership will remain active until the end of the paid period, and no further charges will occur.

Refunds may be available if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase and have not downloaded any tracks during that time. After music has been downloaded, the purchase is considered used and non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property

All music, text, graphics, design elements, and other content on this Site are the exclusive property of Premium Stock Music or its contributors.
Your membership grants you a license to use the music according to the terms of our License Agreement — it does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights.

You may not:

Copy, redistribute, or resell the music as standalone files.
Register any of our tracks with content ID systems (e.g., YouTube Content ID).
Claim ownership of or create derivative works that compete with our library.

5. Use of the Site

You may not use the Site or its content for illegal, defamatory, or misleading purposes, or in a way that harms others or infringes on intellectual property rights.
You may not use bots, scrapers, or automated systems to mass-download or extract data from our platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

All content and services on Premium Stock Music are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, specific functionality, or that every track will be error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premium Stock Music shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Site or music library.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Premium Stock Music, its owners, affiliates, and contributors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

8. Modifications and Updates

We may update these Terms, our License Agreement, or Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any major updates will be announced on our website, and continued use of the Site after updates means you accept the new terms.

We may also add, remove, or modify features of the Site or our music library at any time to improve your experience.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be handled exclusively in the courts located in Georgia.
