Copyright Policy

This statement was last updated on October 25, 2025.

At Premium Stock Music, we take copyright protection very seriously. Every track, loop, and sound available through our platform is meant to respect the creative rights of all contributors and copyright holders.

If you believe that any content on our website infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a Copyright Infringement Notice as outlined below.

Before Submitting a Copyright Infringement Notice

  • Only the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf can file a copyright claim.

  • When submitting a notice, please be aware that certain details (such as your name, email address, and claim information) may be shared with the creator of the content in question so the issue can be properly addressed.

  • Submitting false or misleading claims may result in suspension of your account or legal liability under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.

How to File a Copyright Infringement Notice

Please include all of the following details:

  1. Your contact information — full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.

  2. Description of the copyrighted material — clearly identify what you believe has been infringed.

  3. Description of the infringing work — include the URL(s) or direct links on our site where the content appears.

  4. Statements to include in your notice:

    • “I have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”

    • “The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.”

  5. Signature — a physical or electronic signature from the copyright owner or authorized representative.

Incomplete notices may delay our ability to respond or result in denial of the claim.

Submitting Your Notice

You can send your completed copyright notice using the contact form at the bottom of our website.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If we remove content following a copyright complaint, the contributor will be notified with the name and email of the party who filed the claim.

If you believe that your work was removed in error or that you have the legal right to distribute it, you may file a Counter-Notification.
Instructions for submitting a counter-notification will be included in the message you receive from us.

After receiving a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complainant. If that party does not initiate legal action within the timeframe required by the DMCA or applicable law, we may restore the removed content.

Note:

This policy is intended to comply with the DMCA and similar laws. It does not constitute legal advice. If you have questions about your rights or obligations, please consult a qualified attorney.
