Each plan includes the same straightforward license terms outlined below, with usage rights that scale based on your level of access and intended use.

At Premium Stock Music, we believe music licensing should be simple, transparent, and creator-friendly.


When you become a member, you’re granted full permission to download and use any track from our library in your creative work — without hidden restrictions or complicated terms.

Throughout this page, “music,” “tracks,” or “assets” refer to any downloadable audio file available through your active Premium Stock Music membership.

1. What’s Included

Your membership gives you permission to use our music in a wide range of creative and commercial projects, including:

  • YouTube and social media videos

  • Podcasts, films, and documentaries

  • Advertising, brand, and promotional content

  • Websites, presentations, and digital marketing

  • Client and freelance projects

  • Streaming, online video, and educational content

As long as the music is part of a larger creative production, you’re covered.

2. Lifetime Use for Published Projects

Any project created and published during your active subscription stays licensed forever.


If your membership ends, you can continue to use and monetize those completed projects permanently — no takedowns or renewals required.


You’ll just need an active membership to download new tracks or start new projects.

3. Client and Team Use

You’re welcome to use Premium Stock Music in client work (based on package level selected at checkout).


When you create a video, ad, or other project for a client, that final project is fully covered under your license.


Only the account holder (you) may download tracks directly; collaborators or teammates who use music independently should maintain their own memberships.

4. Unlimited Downloads (Fair Use Applies)

You can download as many tracks as you reasonably need for your creative projects.


Automated mass-downloading tools, bots, or software that bypass normal site use are not permitted.

5. Acceptable Use Guidelines

You’re allowed to:

  • Add music to your creative projects such as videos, podcasts, ads, or social posts.

  • Edit, cut, loop, or remix the track within your project.

  • Publish, promote, and monetize your projects anywhere.

You’re not allowed to:

  • Re-upload, sell, or share tracks as standalone files.

  • Register or claim ownership of our music (e.g., YouTube Content ID, Facebook Rights Manager).

  • Use our music in your own “royalty-free” or stock-music library.

  • Distribute the tracks in isolation, playlists, compilations, or albums.

  • Use our music in defamatory, explicit, hateful, or illegal content.

In short: our music must always support your project — not exist as its own product.

6. Rights and Ownership

Your subscription grants you a license to use our music — it does not transfer ownership.


All music remains the property of Premium Stock Music and the original artists who created it.


You’re free to credit artists when possible, but attribution is not required unless specified for certain tracks.

7. Monetization and Platform Use

You can freely monetize videos, podcasts, and other projects that include Premium Stock Music, as long as the projects were created during your active subscription.

8. Non-Exclusive Rights

This is a non-exclusive license.


That means other creators can also use the same tracks — no track is reserved for individual use.


Our goal is to make professional-quality music accessible to every storyteller.

9. Prohibited Uses

Our music may not be used in:

  • Pornography, hate speech, or violent material

  • Misleading, deceptive, or political messaging

  • Any content that infringes on others’ rights or violates the law

Use good judgment — if it harms, misleads, or disrespects, it’s not permitted.

10. Quick Recap

  • Your membership gives you permission to use any track in your creative projects.

  • Projects made while subscribed stay licensed forever.

  • Don’t sell, redistribute, or claim ownership of our tracks.

  • Each user who downloads music should have their own membership.

11. Legal Notice

  • This agreement grants you the right to use Premium Stock Music tracks under these terms.

  • It does not transfer copyright or ownership.
